A Fredericksburg, Texas native who now resides in Fredericksburg, Ariel maintains strong ties to the Hill Country through owning and operating a successful short term rental in Kerrville. She finds immense joy in both communities and values the unique character each has to offer.
After transitioning from her role as a City Planner with the City of Boerne, Ariel now serves with
Tinsley Real Estate Group, where she brings a strong background in urban and regional planning. A 2022 graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor's degree in Urban & Regional Planning, she is well-versed in zoning ordinances, land use regulations, and platting processes.
