Before transitioning into real estate full-time in 2021, Catherine spent over 13 years in consumer and business lending, earning her CUNA Business Lending Certification and building a strong foundation in financial strategy and negotiation. This unique background allows her to expertly navigate contracts, financing options, and market conditions while advocating fiercely for her clients.
