I have proudly called Fredericksburg home for more than 24 years, building deep roots in the Texas Hill Country and the close-knit community that makes this area so special.
I specialize in helping Fredericksburg homeowners—especially downsizers and empty nesters—simplify their lives and right-size their homes with clarity and ease. Many of my clients find themselves at a turning point, where their home no longer fits their lifestyle, and they’re ready for less upkeep and more freedom. That’s where I come in.
Born in Corpus Christi, raised in Pittsburgh, and having lived in San Francisco, I bring a broad perspective and a genuine appreciation for the unique story behind every home. My husband, Aubrey, and I chose Fredericksburg as the place to raise our family because of its rich history, strong sense of community, and village-minded lifestyle—qualities that continue to draw people to Gillespie County and the surrounding Hill Country.
As a Broker Associate with seven years of experience, I offer expertise in residential, farm and ranch, light commercial, relocation, and investment properties—but my true strength lies in guiding life transitions with care. I listen first, understand your goals, and help you make confident, well-informed decisions without pressure.
With a B.S. in Hospitality Management from Penn State University and a culinary background through Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, I bring a service-driven mindset and attention to detail to every step of the process—from preparing your home for market to negotiating effectively and ensuring a smooth, seamless experience.
I am actively involved in the community as an Ambassador for the Fredericksburg Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Central Hill Country Board of REALTORS® Public Involvement Committee, Membership Coordinator for the Women’s Innovative Network, and a graduate of Leadership Gillespie County, Class of 2025.
