Built in 2001 and constructed primarily of native stone, the impressive main residence encompasses approximately 5,762 square feet and showcases timeless craftsmanship paired with modern luxury. The home features 3 spacious bedrooms, 3 full baths, and 1 half bath, with each bedroom offering its own en-suite bath. The private primary suite is conveniently located on the main level, while two additional guest suites occupy the second floor. Designed for both everyday living and grand entertaining, the home offers expansive gathering spaces highlighted by three gas fireplaces, elegant black marble countertops, a Viking gas range and cooktop, side-by-side Frigidaire Gallery refrigerator and freezer, wine refrigerator, Sub-Zero pullout refrigerated drawers, custom cabinetry, and quality finishes throughout. Outdoor living is equally impressive with beautifully landscaped grounds surrounding a private swimming pool and multiple outdoor entertaining areas, creating a resort-style atmosphere in the heart of Fredericksburg. A two-car garage provides additional convenience and storage. Adding tremendous flexibility and value are two separate guest residences. The first guest house offers approximately 1,800 square feet with 1 bedroom, 1 bath, kitchenette, generous living space, and its own gas fireplace. Most notably, this building was originally G. Harvey's private studio, where he painted and sculpted many of his works, making it a truly special piece of Texas art history. The second guest house provides approximately 900 square feet with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, kitchenette, and comfortable accommodations for family and visitors. Additional improvements include a separate garage and office space ideal for staff, hobbies, workshop use, or storage. A greenhouse and dedicated storage building provide ample room for lawn equipment, mowers, tools, and gardening supplies. Set on an oversized double lot measuring approximately 200' x 200', this remarkable property offers a level of privacy, space, and versatility rarely found within Fredericksburg's downtown corridor. Whether envisioned as a private family compound, luxury retreat, artist's sanctuary, or multi-generational estate, the possibilities are truly endless.
